Presenter: Jim Myers, Outreach & Community Relations Manager
Topic:

EZeology (Easy does it!)

What if the one feature that set your organization, techniques and influence apart was . . . being the easiest with which to do the business of healthcare? What if your product or organization was the easiest for which to enroll, receive care from, understand, engage…with which to have an over-the-top, tell-everyone-how- awesome-on-social-media patient/customer experience?

And bonus - that led to a more highly-engaged workforce?

In this interactive workshop, you’ll graduate (with Certificate) as a newly-minted Ezeologist at your unique workplace.

Healthcare’s arrogant past has no place in the easily demystified, easily verified and easily knowledge-accessible healthcare of the present and future. Put your team, your work, your customers- patients...your life...at ease.

This program will be held at:
Palmilla Senior Living, 10301 Golf Course Rd. NW Albuquerque

Cost:

Presenter: Duffy Swan, FRENCH Family of Companies
Topic:

Ethics

The Power of Our Words
There is an old Proverb that begins, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue…” At the same time, as children, we heard the little taunt, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”

We are cautioned about the use of flattery and to always speak the truth. So, how does all this work? Is it possible in our day-to-day activities that we do, indeed, have the power to speak “life and death” to others?

And, are there certain ethical principles that must be considered in this mix?

On August 8th, we will spend a little time with these concepts, along with a video clip or two to highlight key points.

This program will be held at:
French Reception Center, 10500 Lomas NE, Albuquerque (just East of Eubank)
