As a Board member of this Chapter of SHSMD, Lynne attended this year’s annual conference in Chicago, in September. Biography:Geri Evans, MA, APR, is an experienced public relations professional, public speaker, writer, consultant, and educator. In 2003 she opened her own public relations firm and currently is spearheading Florida on the Move, a statewide anti-obesity initiative. Prior to this business venture, she was vice president of public relations for the Florida Hospital Association for four years. Before joining FHA, Geri taught communications on a full-time or part-time basis for 26 years and served as a public speaking and writing coach to physicians and lawyers. Geri is a graduate of Leadership Orlando.
